With fitness expert and celebrity trainer Neville Wadia, our next Swaddle Salon encourages pregnant moms and new moms to get moving. We’ll learn the safest way to exercise during pregnancy and immediately after childbirth as Neville takes us through a safe pre- and post-natal fitness routine. At the same time, he’ll bust popular myths about staying healthy during pregnant and after. So join us on Saturday, February 13th — and don’t forget your yoga mat!
