Mina Sarin & Rinku Shah

Mina and Rinku are a tuition team, specializing in English and Maths for kids ages 3 to 9. Together, they are more coaches than tutors; they work on building kids’ confidence as well as skill, by filling in the gaps while also keeping pace with class level. Lessons are fun, lively, and suited to younger children’s attention spans. We especially like their focus on creative writing, which is a good supplement to most school’s curriculum. It’s also great to see them teaching kids more than just class lessons—they let students make mistakes in order to teach that it’s alright to fail as long as you try again.
