Known to be a stickler for technique, Sangeeta is trained in Iyengar and Ashtanga yoga.  She has pioneered some amazing yoga programs for runners who are either training for a marathon or want yoga and running integrated into their regular fitness routines.  In addition to her regularly scheduled classes, she also sees private clients and schedules group classes for adults and kids.
