These five children’s choirs, organized by the esteemed Mehli Mehta Music Foundation, are a great recreational activity to teach kids about music and teamwork. While not vocal lessons, per se, your child will likely come out of it singing better and more confidently. At only an hour and a half each week, it’s not too much of a time commitment for busy families. We also like that it gives kids a chance to perform and learn stage presence (and parents a chance to bank embarrassing videos)!
